2. Run tests

From the repository root:

cmake -S . -B build -DCMAKE_BUILD_TYPE=Release
cmake --build build --parallel
ctest --test-dir build --output-on-failure

Benchmark harness tests are enabled with BRQ_BUILD_SPSC_BENCHMARKS=ON after verifying the bundled pinned dependencies. See the test guide and benchmark navigation.
